Tom Lynam is PPM specialist at Axelos Global Best Practice, responsible for shaping and driving the strategy for the Project & Programme Management (PPM) portfolio, including flagship products such as PRINCE2. Working closely with the product development team, key stakeholders and partners his role is to evolve and grow the success of the portfolio in the core international markets.

His presentation will focus on the most important aspect of the PRINCE2 2017 update, which is the emphases on TAILORING, and how PRINCE2 becomes more and more scalable and flexible.
