VAT is payable regardless of the Client’s country of origin; the point of supply for VAT purposes is the location of the course. Should you have a VAT exemption please provide QRP with all relevant details before an invoice is issued.
Confirmed Bookings
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, in the form of an invoice. An invoice, relevant to the chosen payment option, will be sent as soon as the confirmation is received. If the course is cancelled or the delegate can no longer attend then a credit note and reimbursement, if necessary, will be issued.
