In this way, QRP has also supported these professionals and organisations to stream their P3M (project, programme and portfolio) processes.
WHY THIS EVENT
In recent years many professionals from the pharmaceutical sector have attended our courses. In order to also play a role after the course, we aim to organise a user group. - Corporate PMO Structure, linked to Programme and Portfolio Management

NOTE: This conference is an information session containing interactive elements. This session will not give you any formal qualification on Best Practices.
As an IT Professional, you are responsible for delivering high-quality IT services that meet the needs and expectations of your customers and stakeholders. Having a solid understanding of the ITIL Framework and how it can benefit your IT environment, will help you manage IT resources, processes, and risks effectively and efficiently.
The ITIL Framework can help IT service management to align IT services with business objectives and outcomes. ITIL covers the entire IT service lifecycle, from strategy and design to operations and improvement. ITIL also provides guidance on how to adopt and adapt to emerging technologies and trends, such as cloud computing, automation, AI, DevOps, Agile, and more.
What You Can Expect
In this ITIL Conference, that we will organise in Italy, France and Belgium, we will address various topics in the light of the IT Service Management Landscape in 2024. In Belgium, we will focus on the topic of “Continual Improvement in ITIL“.
Speakers and Agenda of the Day
ITIL Today and Tomorrow | 9:10 AM
Roman Jouravlev, ITIL Senior Architect | PeopleCert
Under the umbrella of “Continual Improvement in ITIL“, Roman will reveal the latest news with regards to ITIL developments at PeopleCert. He will shed light to what ITIL architects have been working on in 2024 and what to expect from ITIL in 2025. You can envision an engaging speech on Value Stream Management, AI in ITSM, improvements to the ITIL implementation guide, Practices Guides updates, and more.
After this presentation there will be a round table discussion of about 25 minutes in which we invite all guests to participate. After sharing our learnings with the group, we will have a short coffee break around 10:30AM.
An ITIL-Inspired Journey | 10:45
Pierre-Yves Dyon, Project Manager & Partner | Easi
Coralie Therssen, Project Manager & Partner – Managed IT Solutions | Easi
The topic of “Continual Improvement in ITIL” also applies to the story of Pierre-Yves and Coralie. A few years ago they realised their ticketing tool was no longer aligned with the scope of services. They will share their ITIL-inspired journey of “Implementing a new IT Service Management tool” and how this change was aligned with their ITIL-practices.
After this presentation there will be a second round table discussion of about 25 minutes in which we invite all guests to participate. After sharing our learnings with the group, there will be a final closing speech by QRP and if time allows, there will be Q&A for any outstanding questions. For those that want, there will be a quick and simple lunch at 12:30.
Why You Should Attend
Maybe you have already followed an ITIL Foundation or Intermediate course, passed the exam and are now a proud owner of an ITIL certificate. But what do you do next, how do you actually apply ITIL on a daily basis? ITIL is created to adopt and adapt, to tailor to your organisation, but that is easier said than done.
Whether you are already ITIL certified or completely new to ITIL: this Conference will allow you to navigate IT services more effectively and connect to other IT professionals.
In a nutshell:
- Discover different aspects of the ITIL Framework
- Experience Continual Improvement in ITIL for yourself
- Talk to our experts
- Get inspired and share your concerns with your peers
- Get 4 CPD Points and/or 3 PDU!

QRP International has a long experience in organizing training for project, programme and portfolio managers. QRP has assisted many professionals and their organization in setting up and running a PMO.

WHY THIS EVENT
In recent years many professionals and organisations are moving into agile ways of working at every level. Agile nowadays is used not only in the delivery phase but also at project, programme and strategic level. A framework often mentioned in this Agile transition is SAFe.
SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework®) is an agile management framework for large organisations already having agile practices in place and is one of the most popular Agile Frameworks. It is aimed at bigger organisations that want to scale their current Agile practices and go fully Agile.
With this event we want to open the discussion among various organisations that have already started or are thinking about starting to adopt more agile ways of working. In this way we make the event accessible for professionals and organisations at every stage of their Agile journey.
