Spiderman: PRINCE2
PRINCE2® is the most widely used project management method in the world. Its strength is that it provides the essential information to enable professionals to successfully manage any type of project. Certainly for the young Peter Parker, who is still struggling to control his abilities, it would be very useful to learn a “product-based” method, i.e. one that would help him to focus on results and not just on organising activities. This would help him to have a set goal and to better control all the processes needed to achieve it.

After all the years Thor has been forced to suffer Loki’s pitfalls and adapt as much as possible to the sudden change of events. Surely an AgilePM certification could help him to cope better with all these unexpected events.
AgilePM is extremely useful in managing time-driven projects which frequently change in terms of work requirements and environment. In order to improve one’s skills and learn how to respond promptly to changes, the AgilePM certification would certainly be of great help to the future king of Asgard.

Primarily, ITIL is a support to organisations to unravel the new technological era by helping them towards the digital transformation process. Because of his skills, Bruce Banner is certainly the most suitable person to obtain this certification. It aligns perfectly with his role, helping him to combine practical skills in the world of IT with those of management. In fact, ITIL 4 straddles the organisational and technological aspects, helping professionals to integrate Agile, DevOps and digital transformation.
Star-Lord: DevOps
DevOps consists of a set of practices that emphasise collaboration between software developers and IT operations professionals. In this context, the DevOps Leader must be able to build an efficient team capable of using high technologies. He must play the role of facilitator, supporter and leader for the group in order to bring together all the potential and skills of the team members.
