ITIL User Group – How to apply ITIL 4, a practical casestudy

You have followed the course, passed the exam and are now a proud owner of an ITIL certificate. But what do you do next, how do you actually apply ITIL on a daily basis? ITIL is created to adopt and adapt, to tailor to your organization, but that is easier than said. That is why we invited an expert to share a real casestudy.

During this third session, we invited ITIL expert Joost Bertrem to share a case study of the appliance of ITIL 4. He will share his experience and answer any questions you may have. We hope that this case study shows how versatile ITIL 4 is and how easily it can be applied to make fast improvements.

Topic:
ITIL4 embraces in its framework new ways of working such as Lean. This was inevitable in order to create services and value streams in a digital economy. Rigid processes have to be adapted to address the challenges of a changing business environment which can be volatile and uncertain. In this webinar we demonstrate how you can create lean value streams. We do this in a pragmatic way by using a real life case.

The ITIL User Group event is aimed at those with profound experience with ITIL (v3 or 4). It is highly encouraged to share your own experiences/challenges with ITIL.
